Once you have signed up and received your custom dashboard you'll see we have a standard form for submitting your video requests. That said, the more information you can provide the better! In particular we will ask you to choose design styles for your video and subtitles, whether you have particular moments in your video you want turned into clips and also if you want to include or exclude emojis etc. It’s a simple form but the better it is completed the better the output will be!

You can submit as many video requests as often as you like! Your video editor will pick them up the next business day (or sooner if possible). Just to be sure to let us know if something is more urgent than other existing requests in your editing queue so we can prioritize accordingly!
